2009 In Review

2009 is a year that is marked for its loss of many beloved entertainers. Personally,
the passing of writer and director John Hughes is one loss that has greatly affected me.

If you are familiar with his work, you know that his movies captured the essence of youth.
He allowed his characters the freedom to be awkward and naive while experiencing the
thrills and wonderment of being young. This youthful mindset is one that I wish for all of
you to relish for all time. There is much beauty in absorbing experiences from a youthful
perspective. I firmly believe that many of my positive experiences this year have a
heightened sense of wonderment by following this philosophy.

My greatest pleasure this year is adopting a black and white dog. Nicknamed "Fuzzy Face"
and officially named "Rocco", he has brought many smiles to my daily life. Fortunately,
the smiles do not stop there. I smiled when I celebrated 12 years of membership with
the Screen Actors Guild. I smiled with my record number of auditions and positive notes
and callbacks from E! Entertainment. And, I smiled when I had the privilege to tour the
famous Pasadena Showcase House, when one of my favorite friends became a design
participant.

Often times, my childlike smiles turned into laughter. I laughed out loud when my
multi-talented friend, Kristin and I decided to put secret notes in Julia Roberts' dressing
room. I had to laugh when I was assumed to be an illegal alien while shopping in
downtown L.A. And, I laughed (with much embarrassment) when I took off a (personal)
expensive ring at a dollar store, and accidentally bought it back for one dollar.

2009 is also the year that brought me a lot of pride. I took pride in hosting a coronation
ball, performing in a staged reading and serving as the host for the City of Glendale's
outdoor street festival. Pride seeped in as I watched a friend win an Emmy Award and
another one win an Oscar. And, I smiled with pride when I finally surrendered my KFC
coupon for a free meal at KFC.

As always, this is the year that I experienced many "firsts". I absorbed all of these
novice experiences from a youth oriented mind set. 2009 was the first time that I
walked the fashion runway to a Katy Perry song, brunched in Berkely, CA and received
a tooth implant. (2009 was also the year that I changed my hairstyle...the first time
in a dozen years). I've been fortunate to be on the guest list for many out of the ordinary
events: A Playboy Mansion Party, a Game Show Convention, a Plus Sized Fashion Show
and an up close meet and greet with the cast of my (current) favorite show: GLEE.

Unfortunately, not all of my experiences in 2009 were positive. My year started off by
receiving a haircut from a non-English hairdresser that was fuming at her boss. Having
her explode into verbal fits of rage while cutting my hair was extremely scary. Sadness
crept in during February of this year, when gross water damage affected my home.
Midyear brought by additional sadness as I attended the Michael Jackson memorial at
the Staples Center. And, further sadness crept in as I searched for lost car keys
throughout an Orange County museum......keys that never turned up. Additional
sadness occurred in the OC as an expensive birthday present that I had purchased
was stolen from a friend's gift table. On a positive note, I was only sick once this
year: during Thanksgiving and The Hollywood Christmas Parade.

2009 will also be marked as the year that I was confused, content, and excited. I was
confused as to the gender of a fellow airplane passenger (one that I sat next to for six
hours en route to New York). While in New York, I was content having dinner with my
high school's prom queen. And, I became excited...coming back to Los Angeles to
attend a high profile auction for an esteemed entertainment prop house.

As you have read, I've had an event filled 2009. Good or bad, every experience is
one that I am thankful for. I am thankful to God, my family and my friends
(who are like family).

I'd like to end my end of the year wrap up with one of my favorite quotes from the
John Hughes movie FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF. As Ferris says, "Life moves
pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
" It is my wish for all of you to absorb your experiences and allow the positive
times to emanate in you...and allow the negative times the ability to stimulate
growth..

2008 In Review

Everyday,  as I drive to work, I pass by a billboard with one word:  Reach.
I  have  to admit that it seems appropriate to pass this daily message as I
start  my  day.  2008 has been a year of "reaching" for me.  I've stretched
to  reach  my  goals.  I've  reached  within  my inner being to absorb and
remember  meaningful  experiences that have occurred throughout 2008.  And,
I've worked on climbing to reach out of troubled times.

As  I  write  this, I am moved by what God has given me in my life.  He has
not only given me the greatest people to surround me with, but he has given
me  circumstances  and  experiences that I am truly thankful for.  It seems
that  He  has  reached  down to provide me with interesting, memorable, and
enjoyable experiences.

My  most  memorable experience this past year occurred in New York City.  I
found  myself  upon  a  rooftop  deck  in  Manhattan  on  Tony Awards night
celebrating the win of IN THE HEIGHTS for numerous Tony Awards. The evening
was  heightened  by  being  surrounded  by friends, loved ones, a beautiful
night  and  lively  music.    From  there, celebrations were endless.  From
three weddings to my own rooftop birthday party (encompassing the 2nd floor
of a club).  I am blessed.

I've  travelled  to  different  (local)  places  this  year.  Each location
conjures  up  a  distinct  memory.  In  Sacramento, I went shopping by the
riverbanks.  In  San  Francisco,  I  road  on  a trolley car and landed in
Fisherman's  wharf.  In Northridge, I went to a close friend's own private
and  personal  Lucille  Ball  Museum.    In  Pasadena,  Chyna  and  I  went
chandelier shopping (and ended up with three of them.)  At UCLA, I attended
a  dance-a-thon  fund-raiser.    And, in the Hollywood Hills, I had my own,
non-threatening stalker at a birthday party.

This  year,  I've  reached  to try and escape my addictions....without much
luck.  2008  is  the  yeart  that I became addicted to Facebook and my DVR
(which  was  one  of  the  prizes  I received as a DEAL OR NO DEAL audience
member.)    I also became addicted to digital frames and the movie SLUMDOG
MILLIONAIRE (I've seen it many times.)

Professionally,  I've  done  things  to  help  me  accomplish  my goals.  I
developed  a  pilot  television show entitled STAR TREATMENT.  I compiled a
new  dvd reel of my work.  I was the subject of a high fashion photo shoot.
And,  also  shot publicity shots for an upcoming film, on the beach.  Aside
from  all this, I became an on-line  blog contributor, starred in a PROJECT
RUNWAY  spoof,  and  entertained  meetings  with New York publishers Harper
Collins  and  Random  House for an upcoming book deal.  My personal website
was also updated this year (www.christianmoralde.net).

I reached deep within the universe and captured new experiences.  I went to
my  first  Bonham  & Butterfields auction and also managed to travel with a
four  foot tall panda to New York City (a gift for my God-daughter).  I was
proud when I changed my condo lock (all by myself).  And, I donated my time
for  an  organization  dedicated  to  phone  support  for  troubled youth.
Another  interesting  experience  was  attempting  to  rescue  a  misplaced
Chihuahua  on  the  side  of the 110 freeway (he escaped unharmed.)  I also
became daring and went to my local U-Haul sidewalk and hired an out of work
immigrant to do yard work.

2008  was  also  a troubled time for me.  This is the year that I spent the
Fourth  of July and Halloween with myself.  It is the year that I witnessed
my car getting towed, received (another) j-walking ticket, and, fractured a
tooth-resulting  in  an extraction.  Perhaps the biggest horror for me this
year  was  a vehicle/bicycle collision with an illegal alien who darted (on
bicycle),  unexpectedly in front of my car.  Thankfully, all is fine.  But,
all was not fine days after spending Oscar night at the Four Seasons Hotel,
(I had a two week hang-over.)

This  year,  I  reached  to  re-connect  with  others.  I  am thankful for
re-connecting with old high school friends and my high school Speech Coach.
And,  I  was able to reconnect with former members of my acting group (PAA)
for our tenth anniversary reunion.  Importantly, I've been connecting to my
inner-self and working on exercising self-improvement through spirituality,
prayer, religion and the Law of Attraction.

In terms of reaching on a physical level, this year resulted in reaching to
touch different people and things.  I reached out to touch the walls of St.
Francis'  church  in San Francisco, one of the holiest places on earth.  My
hands  reached  out  to erect a trellis, redesigning the patio to my master
bedroom.  And,  my  hand  reached  out to shake Michael Phelps hand; weeks
after he became a record-breaking Olympian.

Overall,  I  am  pleased  with all of my experiences of reaching.  It is my
wish for all of you to reach out and make your dreams a reality.  Reach out
of  your  comfort level and touch new experiences.  I strongly believe that
your life's dreams and experiences are only a reach away...................

2007 In Review

For 2007, I have made a valiant effort to exercise consistent gratitude
in all areas of my life.
To be overwhelmed with gratitude, no matter what one may be lacking or missing
is a gateway for positivity.  This year, I have been consumed with thanksgiving.
In  January  of  this past year, I welcomed a blessing from my local pastor for  my
condo.  This "blessing" allowed for continued blessings. This past  year  has  led
to many new projects that have taken place in my life.   Whether  it  be  marketing
my  book  (entitled  ACT  ON  THIS)  to publishing  houses  and  agents, to playing
one of the leading roles in the play  WALK  WITH  ME  (which  ran for a limited run
in Westwood) to hosting NBC's YOUR LA with segments shot in London, England
I have been busy with projects. I am definitely grateful for what adventures have
come my way. These adventures include a 2007 LA Emmy nomination for a show
that I hosted on  PBS,  a  downtown,  fun-filled  35th birthday party,  attendance
to the Pageant  of  the  Masters  and  seeing participant artists  juxtaposed into
historical  art  pieces.   Whether  it  be urging  actor Patrick Wilson to allow a 90
year old Oscar Winner (Celeste Holm) to use his limo at the Tony Awards,  to
receiving  free airline tickets as part of a DR. PHIL audience giveaway,  I've  had
experiences to make me smile.  Probably, the most fun that  I  had  was  being
intoxicated  and   belting "And I Am Telling You" onstage  in  front  of  a  crowded
venue in NYC at the request of a "Tracy Turnblad" actor from HAIRSPRAY. I've
also been grateful to have the ability to do things for others.  This past  year,  I
hosted  two  birthday  parties:   a  40th  and  a  93rd!  I participated  in  worthwhile
fund-raisers  such as an evening dealing with Autism,  a Chabad Jewish Telethon
and The Broadway Flea Market for Broadway Cares  (via  phone).   I  was also
fortunate to escort my sister to a  late summer trip to New York City  as well as
house a close friend going through a tough period for a month. In  2007, I was
grateful for all things that happened to me:  good and bad.
(The  bad made me stronger.)
Good things in 2007 include hosting a karaoke night,  discovering the Law of
Attraction with THE SECRET, being invited to participate in a quarterly happy
hour group and having the privilege  to be the  Godfather  to  a  newborn
(from a Jamaican woman I met on the subway seven  years  ago.)   The bad
things include having JERSEY BOYS tickets and missing  it...twice, receiving a
J walking ticket during a bomb evacuation, getting  hit on the forehead with
Halloween candy,  judging girls in a "Little Miss Sunshine" national beauty
pageant and getting caught in a Puerto Rican Pride parade with Lynn Redgrave in
New York City
. With  all that has happened to me in 2007, I am indeed grateful.
I realize that  I've  had  the  opportunity to be exposed to many new experiences
and circumstances  that  many  people  would  welcome.   It  is my hope that my
gratitude  will  become infectious. And you, yourselves,  will consider all blessings
(big  and  small)  and  even  obstacles........something to  be grateful for.  I know, I do.

2006 In Review

If 2005 was considered the year of "Struggle" for me, I would say that 2006
would be considered the year of "Change" for me. After all, I have hit a milestone:
celebrating my ten year anniversary of being a California resident.
(That milestone is a turning point, which is imminent to a "change").
So, what "changes" have I made? Well, I am now a homeowner!
(Actually, Bank of America owns it...for now). I have also traded in my SAAB this
year for a 2006, Black Toyota Solara Convertible and have also started my own
brand of T-Shirts (which can be found on-line.) With all of these changes, come
news: "good" and "bad." Good:Spent a weekend at a spa in Carlsbad; Bad:Valued
watch was damaged ... Good:Repeatedly won (very) small amounts of money through
scratcher lottery tickets; Bad: Repeated victim of Credit Card Fraud.....
Good:Reached the 1,400 mark in E-bay feedback points;
Bad:Addiction to Craigslist.....Good: Saw several good friends' (and relatives')
babies brought into the world; Bad: Saw several good friends move away.... Like
other years, this year was a year of experiencing different things. 2006 is the year
that I ate dog food for the first time (at the 2006 Academy Awards Gift Suite; it is
made for human consumption.) This year is also the year that I did an Oprah Winfrey
imitation for over 5,000 at the Barker Hangar. I attended a book signing for
Julie Andrews in New York and another one for Janice Dickinson in Los Angeles.
I took part in a highly unusual amount of focus groups, went to therapy (for two
weeks), helped with an August Wilson tribute/documentary, and hosted a symposium
for the cast of Project Runway. Other unusual occurrences: transporting furniture
(in a pick-up truck) in the rain from Palm Springs to Burbank; searching for razors
for Kelly Clarkson; going to a party at a pumpkin patch, being photographed (and
published) in FHM magazine, and holding my birthday party at the Standard Hotel
Rooftop. I was productive AND unproductive in 2006. This year, I had meetings
with several agents, auditioned, and even found myself attending an event called
"Musical Mondays" in Greenwich Village right after the Tony Awards. I was
unproductive by delaying (publishing and editing) my book (until 2007,) and delaying
the traveling tour of my one-person show. I found myself even more unproductive
during my time in jury duty (fortunately, I wasn't selected). (Probably the most fun
that I've had this year was working on my sister's 30th Birthday tribute, this past
November. She is my favorite person on earth and any way to recognize her is
always fun to me.) So there you have it, a new car, a new home, a new decade, and
(hopefully) a bright, new path for me to walk through in 2007. Here's hoping to go
from the year of "change" to the "year of positive fruition."

2005 In Review

One of my favorite mottos is a line from the show, RENT. It states,
" ...There is no day, but today..." Although 2005 was a harder year for me, I've
made the promise to myself to concentrate on each day as a new beginning. Now,
the question remains, "why was the year hard?" Simply stated, this year (alone)
two of my best friends moved to two different states, a close friend passed away,
my car was a victim of a collision, a storage unit of mine was robbed, and on
different occasions, I had lost my wallet, camera, and cell phone. (None of them
were ever found). For every piece of bad news come ten pieces of good news. 2005
marked the year that my one-man show made its world premiere (surpassing Julia
Sweeney
's one-person show in internet ticket sales). This year alone saw me on
the TV Guide Channel, PBS, and meeting with Jerry Bruckheimer Prodcuctions
and ABC. Being 33 years old, I feel that I've done a lot. However, this year was a
year of "firsts" for me. The year ushered in my first time in a dunk tank, attending
a Tractor Festival in Kansas, using a bull horn, going to a Las Vegas bachelor party,
hiring a cleaning lady, getting kissed by an AVENUE Q puppet (and Frenchie Davis),
as well as flying Jet BLue. Other "firsts" for the year include designing the interior
of a loft, starting my own mini Madame Toussard exhibit, hosting a highly attended
outdoor festival by the Pacific Ocean, and going to the Liberace museum. 2006 was
also repetitive for me. I made it my mission to be a frequent diner at sushi
restaurants in three states. I also made it my mission to see more theatre, attend
multiple award shows, and comedy clubs. This year also marks the second time
that I've spent Halloween in New York; the second time that I've worked on a
television show pilot, and the second time that I hosted a nationally televised fashion
show. There are many other things that I'd like to share from 2005. They are random
things, but they all create a time capsule for my year. This past year, I was pursued
to host GIRLS GONE WILD. I was also able to get a new sofa, 1,000 Ebay feedback
points, and see Earth, Wind and Fire perform at the Emmy Awards. I was happy
dancing in the middle of a crowded dance floor (by myself) in San Diego and was
happy being offerred a job with DR. PHIL (which I declined). Sure, the past year
had many hard times; but it was mostly enjoyable. I CHOOSE to see it as a year
of joy. As each new day comes, I consider it a blessing...it's the start of something
new....because there is "...no day but today...."

2004 In Review

I'm getting "there."
I'm not "there" yet, but I know that I'm on my way.
Mark my words. This year has been a 365 day pathway to bigger and better
things. I've accomplished a lot.  I've done a lot.  And, I'm proud of a lot.I booked
a job
reporting for an entertainment program, HERE & NOW to be seen throughout
California.  I've also had opportunities to meet with execs
from the Fine Living Network, TV Guide Channel, Spike, Bravo, and
Discovery.  (I guess the big photo shoot that I had this year paid off.)  A
personal accomplishment is registering an idea for a television show, that
I co-founded, at the Writers Guild of America.Living life to the fullest this
year was key.  After spending many days by my mother's hospital bed
and realizing the value of life, I made this a priority.  Thank God, my mom's
fine now.  She is what drives me to be the best and do my best. I've done
my best in showcasing scenes of my one-man show in a local Santa
Monica theatre.  (I've done my best with the classes to develop the show
itself.)  I did my family proud by hosting a Fashion show at Barker Hangar
for 4,000 guests and I did my family proud by helping chose the right
winner, as a judge, for a preliminary Miss USA pageant.I've been fortunate
to take advantage of what each day brings to me.
Whether it be taking a plane to Las Vegas with Chyna (from the WWF) or
driving through a rain forest listening to reggae music on the island of
Kauai, I've taken in each moment.
Some of these moments are almost too weird to be true:
*....Having TWO different birthday parties ONE WEEK APART at a high rise
restaurant with an entirely large group of DIFFERENT friends at each
party...same time....same place....same shirt....different friends......
*.....Finding myself in the middle of a Republican Party protest in Times
Square, NYC....
*......obtaining over 700 feedback points on Ebay.....
*......watching top FEMALE Broadway stars undress backstage in the women's
dressing room at Radio City Music Hall during the Tony Awards.....
These are definitely one of a kind moments. My FAVORITE moments include
judging a national competition for Speech & Debate as well as getting new paint,
new carpeting, new blinds, a new toilet, new locks , new screens, and virtually
a new apartment.  I also very much enjoyed seeing more Broadway shows:
HAIRSPRAY, AVENUE Q, and I AM MY OWN WIFE.  (And if you haven't seen
WICKED yet, PLEASE do......) All in all, I feel like I've come along way from
January 1, 2004.  I definitely feel that this past year was not in vain.
I feel like it's all leading up.........to something good.

2003 In Review

I'm a very impressionable person. Lasting moments (good or bad) seem to
linger in my conscience. Once, I read a quote that stated, "Every thought
in any situation we encounter becomes a permanent part of our character."
The experiences of 2003 have left impressions with me that will be
everlasting.
This is the year that I finally completed my hosting reel (a video resume)
of my on-camera work. This is the year that I launched my official
website, www.christianmoralde.com. This is the year that I became an
on-camera correspondent for the Fashion News Network and co-produced a
television show. I will remember 2003 for the good and bad.
In 2003, I became addicted to the over the counter drug, Xenadrine (I'm
clean now.) This is also the year that I watched a tow truck drive off
with my SAAB due to overheating (it's fine now.)
I don't think that I've ever seen so much theatre in one year! I got to
see my two favorite musicals again (RENT and MAMMA MIA!) and a new
favorite, WICKED....on Broadway! I attended about a dozen one-man shows in
hopes to "spy" on what others are doing in preparation for mine....most
were a waste of time.
2003 also brought a lot of traveling for me. I went to Phoenix about six
times (a record) to visit my parents new lakeside home. I took a cruise to
the Bahamas, visited Gianni Versace's mansion in South Beach, built a
sandcastle in Malibu, watched ice skaters in New York's Central Park and
visited the Pasadena Showcase House.
This past year was also very interesting for me culturally. I unveiled an
Audrey Hepburn Memorabilia exhibit for the city of Burbank during the month
of January and also attended a Titanic artifact exhibit. I was also
invited to four weddings and a lesbian wedding shower. I saw the movie,
CAMP and was invited to be an EBAY Power Seller. I had my 31st birthday
party at 31 Flavors and was invited to be a presenter for the Golden
Satellite Awards as well as requested to be a male model for a calendar.
My former co-stars are doing well. One past cast member is in a show that
received the 2003 Golden Globe for Best Dramatic Series (THE SHIELD) and
another one received a Tony Award as a cast member of a hit Broadway show
(DEF COMEDY JAM.) Meanwhile, I had meetings at VH-1 and MTV for future
projects. So you see, 2003 was quite busy for me. It's a year of
impressionable circumstances. It's a year that marks a steady climb up the
"Hollywood Ladder." But, overall, this year is not the end. To me, it's
just the beginning.

2002 In Review

I've always believed in making the most of what I have. I 2002, I had
time. I believe that I've made the most of that. With this "time" I
discovered my new favorite food: Brazilian, perfected my own rendition of
Enrique Iglesias' "Hero" and helped a little boy coming off of his
chemotherapy by presenting him with an autographed Tony Hawk skateboard.
My most memorable experience of this year was celebrating my 30th birthday
with 200 of my closest friends and family (and later had it reported on one
of the top radio stations of California.)
This was also the year that was very daring for me. In Hawaii, I
snorkeled, I competed in a chest and buns competition, worked Hollywood
Boulevard on Halloween night, joined Weight Watchers for two weeks and
attended an all Spanish speaking mass in San Diego on Easter Sunday. On a
particularly scary note, 2002 was also the year that I stalled traffic
while being escorted by police on the I-5 southbound freeway due to a flat
tire and being stranded on the central median. This was also the year that
two close friends (in two different states) served jail time due to DUIs.
Nevertheless, 2002 was memorable. The Golden Globes, Emmys and other award
shows were particularly fun, but my greatest sense of awe was seeing Cher
and Michael Stipe perform "I've Got You Babe" for Bono on Valentine's Day.
I also experienced some success in my career, working nonstop on my one-man
show, "Don't Call Me Walter!" I also went straight to producers to be a
lead in an independent film and was seen twice this year on ENTERTAINMENT
TONIGHT. My favorite experience in entertainment was hearing Nia Vardalos
in an open forum with the Screen Actors Guild (after seeing My Big Fat
Greek Wedding four times in theatres this past year.)
On a materialistic note, 2002 was the year that I quadrupled my DVD
collection, acquired a new V60 mini mobile phone, digital camera, and SAAB
9-3 platinum convertible.
I've had interesting experiences meeting individuals as well. This past
year, I met fellow jury members, a psychic, a woman that administers cake
tasting, three masseurs and a woman from the Audrey Hepburn Foundation that
rejected a substantial donation from the 2002 Black & Gold Gala.
Lastly, with the time I had this year, I took part in different activities.
I went to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, judged a speech
tournament a the Bible Institute of Los Angeles and took top honors in the
Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandisings' annual Oscar pool contest.
Overall, I am extremely thankful for my blessings. I am thankful that I
have friends (whose birthday all seem to fall in September and October.) I
am thankful for invitations (specifically eight invitations for
Thanksgiving dinner the past year.) And most of all, I am thankful for the
privileges and luxuries that I have had during my most favorite year to
date......2002.

2001 In Review

I have become resolved to the fact that my main goal in life is to
establish memories through various experiences. Fortunately this year has
only added weight to the memories of yesteryear. I have been blessed.
And, I
think that you'll agree that 2001 has given me many opportunities and
interesting experiences. This year alone, I've received full body massages
at a Palm Springs Resort and celebrated the last year of my twenties at the
historic Pig & Whistle's VIP room with 30 of my close friends. I attended
my very first Porn-Star Awards and in September attended an all vegetarian
vegan festival. I attended three shows from Broadway and even got to hear
U2 live at the Grammys. I sat behind Julia Roberts at the People's Choice
Awards (her in-person cackle was so cool to hear) I won money in
Las Vegas and quickly lost money in Las Vegas. I shot an industrial film
and rode over the waves in a Venetian catamaran. I prayed while hearing
the Pope speak in Rome and marvelled at President Clinton's eloquence back
home. I spent Easter in Manhattan Beach and Thanksgiving at a McDonald's
in Cabazon.
2001 also marked my five year anniversary of living in Los
Angeles. It is here that I attended some live performances at the
Hollywood Bowl and organized a table read with one of the top scripts from
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's Project Greenlight. I even had time to attend
a Drag Queen pageant judged by Elvira and Debbie Reynolds. And, of course,
there's more. I saved my friend Ruthie from being accosted by security
guards in the Universal Studios backlot, worked at a national "I Love Lucy"
convention and even became director Garry Marshall's assistant for a night.
Lastly, I've also been blessed with the opportunity to sit front row at
three fashion shows. Despite all of this, the biggest accomplishment that
I have achieved in 2001 is making it through! Thank you God. Thank you
family, and thank you, you.

2000 In Review

I can't believe that we are officially in the millennium. This is the
start of a new century, a new time, and a new life. This is also the start
of new experiences and avenues for me to explore.
This year was my first year in Las Vegas and this year also marked my first
fencing class. This is the year that I can also say that I've attended the
VH-1 Awards, a party for actress Hilary Swank, and successfully completed a
home buying seminar.
Although most of my experiences were new and different, all of them were
fun. I rode on a gondola in Southern California after finding myself
visiting the Parthenon in Athens, Greece. I went horseback riding in the
Malibu mountains and rode every ride I could in Magic Mountain. I took a
plane trip to New York City and went to Madame Toussards world famous wax
musuem.
I ventured off into new areas in 2000. I started my own company, P.A.A.
Tours providing "Hollywood's only guided walking tour." I also competed in
a talent show in Montrose and heard Barry Manilow, Whitney Houston and
Annie Lennox all on the same stage in celebration of Arista's 25th
anniversary.
Overall, if the year 2000 is any sign of what lies ahead of my life.......I
gladly welcome and look forward to those new experiences.
